Owner/VP of Marketing - April Panster, a proud alumna of the University of Miami and a devoted member of the Miami Hurricanes alumni community, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team at SERVPRO of Fort Lauderdale. Her journey in the professional world began with Comcast Cable in Fort Lauderdale, where she honed her skills and laid the foundation for her career.

April's career path led her to the bustling streets of New York City, where she harnessed her Sales and Marketing talents at National Cable Communications (NCC). There, she specialized in crafting customized advertising campaigns for major cable television providers, leaving a mark in the industry.

In 2005, April returned to her Florida roots, accepting a pivotal role with Comcast Cable in West Palm Beach. Her responsibilities spanned a wide spectrum, including election-related sales and coordination with national and regional advertising agencies across the nation. This experience allowed her to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and strategic partnerships.

Today, April, alongside our dedicated SERVPRO team, stands ready to serve our South Florida community 24/7, 365 days a year. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for helping others recover from water, fire, and storm damage, April embodies the core values that define our mission at SERVPRO of Fort Lauderdale.

Owner/President - Josh is one of the owners here at SERVPRO and a key part of what makes our franchise run strong. While he tends to keep a low profile, Josh plays an essential role behind the scenes, overseeing business operations, supporting the team, and helping to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

He brings a steady, thoughtful approach to leadership, and is deeply committed to creating a work environment where people feel supported and equipped to do great work. His behind-the-scenes efforts help ensure that our crews can show up ready to respond when it matters most.

Josh is proud to be part of a locally owned and operated business that helps people recover from unexpected damage. And even more proud of the team who shows up every day to make that possible.

Carolina keeps our internal systems running smoothly and our team is supported behind the scenes. As Vice President of Admin Operations, she oversees the administrative side of the business, from process development and training to compliance and team coordination.

With a strong background in leadership and organization, Carolina helps create the structure that allows our team to work efficiently and effectively. She’s deeply involved in streamlining workflows, solving problems, and making sure everyone has what they need to succeed.

Carolina brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work and plays a big role in shaping the culture and stability of our franchise.

VP of Operations - I have been in the restoration industry for the past 20 years, where I have learned an extensive amount about water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and reconstruction services. Over time, I made it a point to also develop my leadership skills, because I knew that SERVPRO^®; was a company I wanted to grow with. Shortly after the start of my tenure, I was promoted to Crew Chief, then Production Manager, which also encompassed the role of Operations Manager, and now the General Manager. Through the hard work and dedication of the SERVPRO of Ft. Lauderdale team, the operation went from one single area, to expanding to nine locations across the state! We took on many new tasks and challenges over the past few years to become the best restoration company in Florida. We pride ourselves on honesty, loyalty and customer service, which has made us the largest SERVPRO branch in South Florida. The amount of skills and opportunities that this company has given me has changed my life, as well as the people I have led. I have developed relationships with local clients, grown managers, implemented new policies, and continued to put our customers first. My role here continues to grow, and I am more driven than ever to help people recover from unexpected disaster.

Dan Coen serves as the dedicated Director of Construction Operations for SERVPRO of Ft. Lauderdale South, bringing extensive expertise to homeowners and businesses across Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and surrounding Broward County communities. With years of experience in restoration and reconstruction, Dan leads his team in expertly navigating the complexities of post-disaster recovery, ensuring properties are rebuilt safely and efficiently after water, fire, or mold damage.

His deep understanding of South Florida's unique challenges, particularly concerning hurricane damage and pervasive moisture issues, allows him to tailor solutions that stand up to the local climate. Stephanie George serves as the dedicated Director of Construction Administration for SERVPRO of Ft. With 25 years of experience in insurance claims handling, Erika brings a deep understanding of the restoration process from the customer’s perspective. She uses that knowledge to help bridge the gap between clients, insurance carriers, and our team, ensuring projects move smoothly from start to finish.

In addition to her insurance expertise, Erika supports marketing coordination efforts, working closely with our operations team to keep our services top of mind in the community. Her people-first mindset and passion for service make her a trusted resource for both customers and partners.

Desmond leads our team with a steady hand and a deep understanding of restoration work. As General Manager, he’s responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting field crews, and making sure every job meets SERVPRO’s high standards.
