Brittany is a Restoration & Mitigation Project Manager at SERVPRO of Flagler County. She plays an important role in coordinating restoration projects from start to finish, helping ensure every job is handled efficiently while keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Brittany holds several IICRC certifications, including Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), Trauma & Crime Scene Technician (TCST), and Water Restoration Technician (WRT). These certifications reflect her training and expertise in handling a wide range of restoration situations with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Brittany is dedicated to helping customers navigate difficult situations and getting their homes and businesses back to normal as quickly as possible.

Tom is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Flagler County. Since joining the team, he has been dedicated to expanding his knowledge of the restoration industry to provide customers with the best possible service and to help ease stress during emergencies.

Tom holds both the IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) certifications, which qualify him to manage water damage restoration projects and handle mold remediation safely and effectively

Tammy is in AR here at SERVPRO of Flagler County.

Tammy is originally from West Virginia and moved to Florida in 1968.

She loves chicken, sweet tea and enjoys watching her grandchildren participate in sports in her free time. Her favorite place is a nice cabin in the woods. She was previously a restaurant manager and brings an amazing energy into the office with her positivity and her smile.

Chris is a lead technician here at SERVPRO of Flagler County.

Since joining our team, Chris has been actively working to expand his knowledge of the industry so he can provide our customers with the best service possible and alleviate stress, especially in times of emergency.

In his free time, he loves spending time with his family and watching his kids participate in sports.

Lauren is the Public Relations Manager at SERVPRO of Flagler County. She is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania but has been residing in St. Augustine for the past ten years.

Lauren joined our team three years ago and has a background in Communication and social media management. She holds a bachelor's degree in Strategic Communication and a minor in Advertising from Flagler College. Lauren is actively pursuing continuous education courses to broaden her knowledge of the restoration industry.

Cole is a lead technician at SERVPRO of Flagler County. Since joining the team in early 2025, he’s been passionate about learning everything he can about restoration and helping customers get back to normal after water damage. Cole has earned his IICRC Water Damage Certification and takes pride in delivering thorough, professional work while keeping a positive attitude on every job.

Levi is a Lead Technician at SERVPRO of Flagler County. He holds his IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification and brings prior restoration experience to every job.

Outside of work, Levi loves cars and enjoys working on them. He’s dedicated to making the restoration process smooth, efficient, and stress-free for every customer.

Originally from New Jersey, Mark is a Lead Technician at SERVPRO of Flagler County. A recent graduate of Flagler College in St. Augustine, he holds his IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification and enjoys helping customers through water damage projects with skill, care, and a positive attitude. Mark takes pride in making the restoration process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Rodney is a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of Flagler County.

With prior restoration experience, he is currently working toward his IICRC Certification to further develop his skills. Rodney is dedicated to providing professional, reliable service and helping customers feel at ease throughout the restoration process.

De'Angelo is a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of Flagler County. Coming from the HVAC industry, he brings valuable hands-on experience and a strong understanding of building systems to the restoration field. De'Angelo is dedicated to learning and growing in the industry while providing reliable, professional service to help customers get their homes and businesses back to normal.

Olive is our beloved office dog and employee support specialist here at SERVPRO of Flagler County.

Olive's main duties include spreading joy by playing with her toys, warmly greeting guests who visit the office, and making her rounds through the workspace to ensure that everyone on staff gets to give her a daily dose of pets and attention. With her wagging tail and infectious enthusiasm, Olive brightens our days and always puts a smile on everyone's face!

Ryan is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Flagler County. He brings prior restoration experience and a well-rounded background in both mitigation and reconstruction services, allowing him to guide projects seamlessly from initial cleanup through final repairs.

Ryan is dedicated to keeping projects organized, efficient, and on track while maintaining clear communication with customers every step of the way. His hands-on experience and problem-solving mindset help ensure each job is completed with quality, care, and attention to detail.
