Meet Our Team

Josh is our Senior General Manager at our SERVPRO Team Nicholson location in Downtown Orlando. He joined our team at the beginning of 2018 and works tirelessly to make sure our SERVPRO runs smoothly. We are glad to have him a part of our team.

Jesus Perez is our General Manager in Orlando, Florida. Jesus is a valuable member of our team, having worked at 4 of our 6 locations, holding almost every position. Over his time with us, he has demonstrated over and again his dedication to doing the right thing. We are fortunate to have such an honest, hard-working guy representing SERVPRO Team Nicholson.

Jose is one of our Restoration Managers on our SERVPRO team in Orlando. He joined our team in 2020 and has been a hard-working addition to our team. In this role, Jose scopes jobs, sets up and documents efficient work flow, manages his production crew, and monitors risk at assigned jobs from start to finish.

Fabian is our Operations Manager for SERVPRO Team Nicholson in Orlando. Among other things, he is in charge of reviewing scopes, crew management, and monitoring jobs from start to finish. Our team is available 24 hours, 7 days a week!

Eduardo is a Restoration Manager on SERVPRO Team Nicholson, where he oversees restoration projects and leads a team with integrity, dedication, and a strong work ethic. He takes pride in helping to restore homes and lives after disasters.

Victor Montero is the Restoration Supervisor at SERVPRO of South Orlando, where he leads restoration crews and ensures projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to industry standards. Victor joined our team early in 2022.

Kevon is one of our Crew Chiefs with SERVPRO Team Nicholson in Orlando. He helps our team with all of our fire, water, storm, and mold remediation services. Kevon is a hard worker and brings great energy to our team.

Nathan is the Vice President of our Construction Division at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. He oversees all aspects of construction projects—from initial planning and budgeting to execution and final walkthroughs—ensuring every job meets our standards for quality and service. With over 10 years of experience in SERVPRO operations, Nathan brings deep industry knowledge and strong leadership to every project we take on.

Mr. Dan is our Construction Project Manager at SERVPRO of Downtown Orlando, but he's also our estimator and beloved life coach. Dan had been in the restoration industry for over 22 years prior to joining our team at the beginning of 2017. Before that, he was a teacher and a coach.

Erik joined us as our Operations Manager at the beginning of 2020 here in Orlando. He now holds the position of Reconstruction Manager. As a Reconstruction Manager for SERVPRO Team Nicholson, Erik oversees operations, ensuring proper processes, and a seamless experience for our customers, both residential and commercial.

Jeff Truitt serves as Executive Vice President of Revenue for Team Nicholson. Before stepping into this role, he served as our COO and previously held leadership positions including Chief of Staff to Montgomery County Mayor Jim Durrett and CEO of the Clarksville-Montgomery County Economic Development Council. Since moving to Clarksville in 1992 while serving in the U.S. Air Force with Ft. Campbell Special Forces units, Jeff has remained deeply committed to the community. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and spending time with his wife, Kristi, and daughter, Macy.

Brian Bell joined us at Team Nicholson in 2017 as CFO. He brings extensive experience in Accounting and Education and holds certification in Xactimate. A Clarksville native, Brian is based in our downtown satellite office at Team Nicholson's TN headquarters.

As Executive Vice President of Operations for Team Nicholson, Bill Shook brings over 16 years of restoration industry experience to his role. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Tarleton University, along with WRT, AMRT, ASD, FSRT, and Lead-Based Paint certifications. Bill plays a key role in driving operational excellence across our multi-franchise group, with a focus on talent development, process improvement, and strategic growth.

Lori Wilson serves as Senior Vice President of Administration for Team Nicholson. With over a decade of experience in the restoration industry—including time at SERVPRO Corporate—Lori brings extensive knowledge and leadership to our team. She holds Master certifications in Water, Fire, and Textile Restoration, is an IICRC Instructor, and also carries a general OSHA certification. Originally from Middle Tennessee, Lori is passionate about supporting our team’s growth and development. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Sadie.

Christy Govea serves as Team Nicholson's Payroll Director. She offers more than 15 years of valuable experience in the Human Resources and Customer Service fields. Christy is a Clarksville, TN, native and is based in our downtown satellite office. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, and is a Jeep enthusiast!

Cassie Wyatt, our Financial Controller, joined Team Nicholson in 2014. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix along with Xactimate and DryBook experience. She leads our talented accounting team in ensuring our franchises' financial stability and success.

A member of our team since 2013, Bill Repsel is a true pillar of our administrative staff. He serves as both Executive Administrator to Team Nicholson and Office Manager in our SERVPRO of Montgomery County location. Bill holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying, and is DryBook and Xactimate certified. Outside of work, Bill enjoys cooking, singing, and spending time with his wife and family.

Tashauna Johnson is our Controller with us on our Regional Team. Coming to us at SERVPRO Team Nicholson from our Gallatin, TN, corporate offices, she has years of proven experience with our brand and expertise in her field.

Kaileigh serves as Team Nicholson's Accounting Manager, based in our downtown Clarksville, TN, office. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and is passionate about lifelong learning. Originally from Orlando, FL, Kaileigh, her husband, and her son now call Tennessee home.

As a member of our Accounting Team, Rayven has worn many hats at Team Nicholson. She first served as a Fire Technician, then Administrative Assistant, Construction Job File Coordinator, and now Accounting Manager. Rayven is passionate about the SERVPRO brand and strives to learn as many aspects of the business as possible.

Since 2019, Reagan has been a valued member of Team Nicholson's Accounting department. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Austin Peay State University and works in our downtown Clarksville, Tennessee office. When not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her beloved golden doodle, Molly.

Taylor is the Training & Development Assistant for SERVPRO Team Nicholson. A Tennessee native, she graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a degree in Marketing. Taylor supports new employee onboarding and ongoing team development across the organization. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, going to concerts, and spending time with friends and family.

Our most tenured Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson Project Manager, Gavin has been a leader and teacher on our Large Loss team since 2015. As a strong communicator, he works to ensure client satisfaction and offers a high degree of professionalism on the job. A native of our headquarters city, Clarksville, TN, Gavin now calls our St. Petersburg, FL, location home.

Maria is our Digital Content Specialist at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. She creates and manages all the digital content to improve our online presence. With her attention to detail and love for quality, Maria ensures our online presence represents us. Her friendly and helpful nature makes her a great team player, always ready to lend a hand. We're lucky to have Maria on the team!

Serving as Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson's Large Loss Construction Division Manager, Billy is committed to ensuring safety, managing risk, mentoring team members, complying with industry standards, and guaranteeing client satisfaction when it comes to reconstruction of large losses. He has been a valued member of our team since 2015.

Jeff joined Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson in 2016 as Director of Large Loss Operations, bringing extensive knowledge and expertise in commercial mitigation. He holds IICRC accreditation in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire + Smoke Restoration, Carpet Repair + Reinstallation, and Upholstery + Fabric Cleaning. Affectionately known as The Godfather of Large Loss, Jeff has managed more than $50M worth of large scale disaster recovery projects.

Bringing more than 5 years experience with the SERVPRO brand and in the restoration industry, Tristen is one of Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson's valued Large Loss Project Managers. He holds IICRC accreditation in Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration Tech, and Commercial Drying Specialty. Tristen's strong work ethic and attention to detail ensure commercial clients expectations are met.

Prior to joining Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson as our Large Loss Resource Coordinator in 2021, David worked in real estate, home renovation, inspection, industrial repair, maintenance, and emergency management for more than 30 years. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his beloved wife and family.

Rhett comes to Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson after years with our SERVPRO of Central St. Petersburg/Pinellas Park franchise location where he served as Sales + Marketing Manager. He now applies his industry knowledge and customer service skills as our Large Loss Production Manager.

Julia serves as a Sales & Marketing Representative for Team Nicholson. She has her bachelor's degree in Marketing and has over 7 years of experience leading a sales team. She's originally from Idaho, so she's a big mountain girl at heart who loves to ski.

Joining Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson in 2016, Kevin brings many years of commercial restoration experience to his Project Manager role. He holds IICRC accreditation in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Upholstery + Fabric Cleaning, Fire + Smoke Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Lead Renovator. When not traveling for work, he enjoys assisting our local franchises.

Brighton is a dedicated IT Specialist at SERVPRO, bringing a wealth of technical expertise and a passion for problem-solving to the team. With a background in IT support, Brighton plays a critical role in maintaining and optimizing SERVPRO's technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across all departments.

Andres is our Crew Chief at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. He’s the one who leads our teams on-site, making sure everything runs smoothly and that we meet our high standards. Andres is all about teamwork and making sure our clients feel taken care of every step of the way. His hands-on approach and leadership make him an essential part of our crew!

Claudia is our Construction Job File Coordinator here at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. She’s the one who keeps our construction projects organized and on schedule. From coordinating timelines to managing all the paperwork, Claudia makes sure everything runs smoothly. We are so happy to have her on our team!

Herman is the Crew Chief at SERVPRO Team Nicholson, where he takes charge of our on-site operations. Herman is committed to making sure each project runs smoothly, and his dedication to doing things right ensures that our clients are always in good hands.

Alec is the Regional Supervisor Construction Division at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. Alec is no stranger to SERVPRO and has worked for SERVPRO Team Nicholson in our Florida, Texas, and Tennessee locations. He is also a recipient of one of our Employee of the Year awards for 2022. Alec is ready to help at a moment’s notice.

Genesis is a job file coordinator in Orlando. She is a valued member of our team at SERVPRO Team Nicholson, where she helps ensure that every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Ricardo Ulloa is a production technician in our Orlando team. He is a valued member of our team at SERVPRO Team Nicholson, where his dedication and teamwork help us serve our customers efficiently and professionally.

Harwin Pineda is the Office Manager of SERVPRO of South Orlando, where he oversees administrative operations and ensures efficient, well-organized service for every client.
