Great work. Professional service

I have been closely working with the team over at Servpro of Clearwater North for the last 6 months on the mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction of my kitchen. During that time the team have Servpro have been incredible to work with. They are thorough, detailed, and deeply caring about the quality of the work. They have also been incredibly supportive and arguing with the insurance company on my behalf to ensure that the costs are almost 100% covered. The have gone above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with even the finest little detail in the work; and they have truly walked me through the process every step of the way. The team is incredibly professional and I couldn't imagine having gone with anybody else. To Art, the owner, Danyah, David, Dena, David, and everyone else I worked with thank you so much.

My husband recently passed away. After cleaning the room, there was a strong smell. After trying everything I knew, I called ServPro, and spoke with Tina. Servpro saved me a *lot* of damage and repair work when my washing machine flooded my condo. Their technicians Ermin and Joe showed up within an hour and a half, late at night, and set up equipment for three and a half days’ of water mitigation and drying work. I’d strongly recommend using ServPro if you need that sort of work done, and I’m grateful to both the company and Erwin and Joe.

Professional employees. Employee drilled hole in wall and hit electric line. Company called electrician, repaired drywall and painted. Billing is evasive, charge to move stove which they didn’t move was questioned and removed among other charges. Accidents happen and they took care of it all and met my time constraints.

Thank you and an extra hurrah for doing a fine job. You are prompt, professional and most informative assessing the problem and a solution. Job well done.
