Chris Sherman served as my contact helping to arrange and follow through on work performed by contractors making repairs for areas damaged in my home after a pipe burst. Chris not only explained how and what was going to be done but as the work was being completed he constantly stayed in contact with me. This made the process easier while repairs were being made. I would not hesitate to contact Servpro if needed in the future, and of course, request Chris.

Josh and Craig did an amazing job mitigating our water leak and getting our flooring and cabinets removed. They were professional, kind, courteous and prompt. They communicated with us so well during the entire process. They took great care in moving our furniture and protecting our belongings and they kept everything clean and dust free. I want to give a big Shot out to Josh and Craig. Those men came in with the most professional manner I have ever encountered. They explained everything to me that was going to take place as far as my clean up of the water damage that my home sustained. They handled that job so well and they packed my things up and moved them to a spare bedroom. They started right away drying all my floors, walls and even under my home. They disposed all the ruined stuff. They took pictures and handled giving them to State Farm. I am extremely grateful for them and would recommend Servpro for any clean up.
