Water heater gave way and flooded my basement, contacted ServPro and they had a team of people on site in less than an hour. Vic and his team worked quickly to remove the water from my basement, Todd and his team started the difficult tasks of removing all the damaged property and working with me on what was salvageable, and what was not, they filled that 30 yard dumpster that showed up the following day in driveway very quickly. Everyday their communication was impeccable letting me know when they would be arriving and when they would depart at the end of the day constantly keeping me in the loop of how things were going and any feedback from the my Insurance Co. They got it all emptied, and then power washed it to clean up the residuals and treated for mold so quickly,...... finished up with some heavy duty dehumidifiers to get it all dry and ready for rebuild. - I can't say enough good things about this team from Windsor,... Tony, Vic, Todd, Jackie, and Horatio were fantastic! Outstanding service. Called them late in the day when our problem started. They were at the house within a half hour and immediately started cleaning up and vacuuming water etc. They continued to come back to the house completing demo and removing ruined furnishings. They worked with our insurance company and continued with rebuild and everything required. They carefully packed i uindamaged items and had their crew come back to move everything where I wanted it to go. They had a 30 yard dumpster that was almost filled to capacity. Had no idea who Servpro was prior to this experience, but would highly recommend them for and water damage to a home. Victor was outstanding to work with, made sure that every speck of dust was cleaned up before he left

Super friendly and quick team! When my refrigerator line leaked there was water damage everywhere. Victor and his crew came out right away and preformed the water removal and demo. We had some water damage at the house and I called Servpro of the Windsors. They took care of everything from talking with the insurance company, lining up subcontractors, etc. They even packed up our whole kitchen and dining room.
