We had two experiences with Angela and her crew and both were excellent. Having our basement wrecked because of water was a very upsetting experience but the helpful professionalism the SERVPRO people demonstrated made it as bearable as possible. We want especially to recognize Angela as she was very sympathetic and supportive to me and my wife. We'd certainly call on SERVPRO again--but I hope we don't have to.
We had a water heater connector pipe leak that left our basement bathroom full of water with some damage to the paint and walls. SERVPRO was able to schedule us right away and showed up promptly with a number of dehumidifiers and industrial fans that they set up quickly and professionally. About 3-4 days later, they showed up on time and removed all their equipment and cleaned up in no time. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. I'd highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again if we (hopefully not) need their services.
