Servpro of Denver West were great! Saul was very polite and explained things well. Just a reminder… they do not extract, or vacuum water up. We did that ourselves, they provided fans and took out padding underneath the carpet to dry out for several days. Most of the water was on our unfinished concrete and it can take up to 2 weeks to dry on its own. We will hire carpet professionals to replace padding and stretch the dry carpet back.
