Tom Miller is a seasoned professional with a passion for restoration and construction. After serving in the military at Fort Carson, he honed his skills in residential and commercial construction for 10 years in Salt Lake City.

With a deep appreciation for the outdoors and a desire to raise his family in a smaller community, Tom moved to Durango. There, he continued to provide top-notch construction services while also discovering a new passion: restoration.

Tom opened his first SERVPRO location in Montrose in 2014. His business there has grown significantly, and his SERVPRO is well known throughout the Western Slope for providing epxert restoration and construction services. In order to better serve his customers in the Heart of The Rockies, he has opened his second location in Salida. Drawing on his extensive experience, he offers comprehensive restoration services for properties affected by fire, water, storm damage, and other environmental disasters. Tom's commitment to excellence and personalized approach make him a trusted partner in the community.

Terri serves as the Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Chaffee, Fremont, Teller Counties, bringing decades of marketing expertise to the team. She is deeply committed to fostering strong relationships within the community and enhancing the SERVPRO brand across the region. With a vast network that includes trade associations, government entities, property management companies, and more, Terri plays a key role in driving our business forward. Her focus is on expanding our presence and creating valuable opportunities, all while working closely with insurance adjusters, office staff, and production crews to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

We are thrilled to have Kristine as our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Chaffee, Fremont, Teller Counties since 2021. With over 20 years of office management experience, she excels in key areas such as:

Josh is a key member of our team at SERVPRO of Chaffee, Fremont, Teller Counties, serving as Project Manager and Estimator. With over 19 years of experience in the restoration industry and more than 4 years on our team, Josh brings exceptional dedication and meticulous attention to detail to every project. His credentials include:

Maggie is well-versed in managing the internal operations at SERVPRO of Chaffee, Fremont, Teller Counties. With years of experience in the restoration industry, she has handled various roles, including receptionist, dispatcher, scheduling coordinator, job file management, customer service, and even ad hoc IT support. Jessica's expertise and orientation to detail are an asset to our Contents Cleaning Operation. She joined the team in 2017 and quickly distinguished herself. She leveraged her extensive background in business and retail management to streamline operations and enhance client communication.

As our Contents Manager, Jessica oversees the restoration of the personal belongings and contents. Her leadership ensures that every item, from cherished family heirlooms to everyday household goods, are properly cleaned, deodorized, and returned. Jessica’s hands-on experience and training also make her the go-to specialist for complex biohazard cleaning jobs, where precision and empathy are paramount.
