Brandon of Serv Pro and his crew were very courteous. The job was a bigger job than usual. My entire wall in the bedroom hallway was full of mold. They were able to remove the areas with mold quickly and then sanitize it. To be sure that the mold was gone, they left the blower there for several days. They also prepared a mold report. I recommend them.

Absolute heroes – Servpro of Westlake turned a nightmare into a recovery we’ll never forget. On April 19th at 12:40 AM, a car caught fire on the 101 freeway. Within minutes, strong winds turned it into a vegetation fire, sending embers flying everywhere. Our hotel – already full of heartbroken Dodger fans after a tough loss to the Rockies – was suddenly plunged into chaos. Guests were jolted awake by blaring firetruck sirens and smoke alarms. It was terrifying. Thanks to the incredible work of LAFD with the assistance of the CHP, the fire was stopped in just 30 minutes. But the damage was done: most of our hotel lost electricity, including our boilers (no hot water), and the entire property smelled of smoke. That’s when Jesse and the Servpro of Westlake team walked in. And I genuinely cannot put into words how instrumental they were. They didn’t just clean up – they problem-solved. Every new challenge that came up, they had a thoughtful, efficient solution ready. They brought calm, competence, and compassion to a situation that could have crippled our operations for days. I just want to say that I have been always satisfied with the service from this location, every time I need a service they are there for me, I would highly recommend this location for any water damage service and consulting.

Its guys like Jesse Aguilar that made my experience with ServPro 200% better than their competitors. Every issue we had (and we had many unexpected) he handled with grace, ease and professionalism. For example our deadbolt battery died, so Jesse couldnt get in to do the work. Where most would walk away, Jesse took it upon himself to change the battery and complete his tasks making our lives so much easier. Very grateful!
