With more than six years at SERVPRO, Lauryn oversees financial operations as Accounting Manager. She ensures accuracy and efficiency in every detail. In addition to her financial expertise, Lauryn is IICRC-certified in Water Restoration, giving her valuable technical insight into the restoration process. Her rare combination of accounting acumen and industry knowledge makes her a vital contributor to our team’s success.

As Production Manager, Gary brings nearly five years of leadership and hands-on expertise to SERVPRO. Certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration, Fire Restoration, and Mold Remediation, he directs production crews across a wide variety of projects. Gary works directly with customers and insurance representatives to ensure each job is completed with precision, clear communication, and care. His strong relationships with adjusters and clients, paired with his technical knowledge, make him an invaluable leader on our team.

Stewart has been with SERVPRO for four years, leading with knowledge and integrity as a certified IICRC Water Damage Restoration technician. He also specializes in mold remediation, bringing depth and versatility to his projects. As a Lead Crew Chief, Stewart guides crews through complex restoration work while also mentoring new technicians. His ability to balance leadership, technical expertise, and customer care makes him a trusted and respected member of our team.

Though new to SERVPRO, Diego has quickly proven himself as a dedicated team member. His work ethic, adaptability, and positive attitude have made a strong impression. Eager to learn and ready to support wherever needed, Diego is already becoming a valued contributor to our restoration team.

For two years, Gloria has brought dedication and attention to detail to SERVPRO. Skilled with inventory software and experienced in contents restoration, she plays a critical role in pack-outs, cleaning, and organization. Gloria’s bilingual abilities allow her to connect with and support a wide range of customers, making her a vital asset to our team.

Yessmy joined SERVPRO a year ago and quickly established herself as a hardworking, dependable technician. Whether assisting with demolition, cleaning, or contents work, she approaches each task with skill and enthusiasm. Proficient in inventory software and bilingual, she brings both technical ability and strong communication to every project.

As Job File Coordinator, Desiree plays a key role in ensuring each restoration project runs smoothly. Often the first friendly voice our customers hear, she coordinates between clients, adjusters, and insurance companies to deliver efficient communication and service. Though new to SERVPRO, her excellent customer service and organizational skills have quickly made her an important member of our team.

With decades of experience at SERVPRO, Tom combines deep industry expertise with a passion for customer engagement. Holding multiple IICRC certifications; including Water Damage Restoration, Commercial Drying, Odor Control, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Applied Structural Drying. Tom provides technical guidance to our crews while leading marketing efforts. He also supports outside sales, building strong client relationships and helping drive growth. His blend of field knowledge and marketing strategy makes him an essential leader in both operations and outreach.

Cole brings nearly six years of experience and leadership to SERVPRO as a Business Development Representative. IICRC-certified in Trauma and Biohazard. He is also certified in Water Damage Restoration and OSHA 40-Hour Hazwoper certified, he manages key projects, oversees operations, and contributes actively to outside sales. Known for his mentorship and commitment to developing team talent, Cole ensures consistent service excellence while helping to expand the business.
