We had a roof leak, call our home insurance representative and they contacted Servpro. They called us and came out the same day. The technicians we on time, professional and did a great job to dry out the affected area. The removed the wet sheet rock and contained the area to prevent any additional damage. They kept everything clean and were pleasant while working. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them!
Everyone I dealt with was a professional. Especially Olivia who worked so diligently on my behalf to try to get the insurance company to approve the estimate of work for the repairs necessary prepared by Cameron Murphy. Olivia went beyond the call of duty to assist me and I really appreciated it. I’m just sorry Allstate chose not to accept the Servpro bid. Cameron was a pleasure to work with as well. Very professional and pleasant and he explained everything so that I could understand all the details. Also the young man and woman who did the water damage repair were extremely nice and thorough and cleaned up any and all mess that was made. I’m only sorry I didn’t jot their names down.
