I was referred to Abbey for a concern I had about a potential water leak/water damage. I called her and she scheduled one of her workers, Vadel, to come out. First let me say, as a woman dealing with another woman for this type of issue was comforting. Unfortunately in certain trade industries women are sometimes taken advantage of due to our lack of knowledge in these areas. Abbey was very pleasant and the worker she sent, Vadel, was as well. Vadel was very, very thorough in the inspection of my home. He explained things to me about houses and moisture and settling. What could’ve cost me hundreds, potentially thousands of dollars just to determine there wasn’t a problem or a fabricated problem, cost me zero. I am truly grateful and thankful to each person that assisted me, Nap from EmpireWorks who referred me to Abbey, Abbey for being so pleasant and just for being a woman in the construction industry, and Vadel for taking his time in my home and with me explaining things. There are still good people in this world. I didn’t doubt it, but it’s always nice to get confirmation.

I experienced a water leak at my residence that quickly developed into a major problem. A faulty toilet soon became a dreadful nightmare that caused water damaged throughout my house. I didn’t know how severe the damage was until the following morning. I contacted my Homeowners Insurance (Mercury) and my adjuster sent “Servpro” from Upland to assist with the water mitigation. “Salem” from Servpro came the very next day. His professionalism and excellent customer service helped ease the pain of wondering what to expect during this process. He was very polite and thorough when explaining the process of water mitigation and protecting the existing structure. I felt assured that my investment was in good hands. Equally as helpful was “Abbey”. Abbey communicated each step of the process and was very pleasant to talk to. She gave me clear and concise information to guide me on my decision process. I initially called them for some mold in my house. They came out were very thorough found where the water was leaking from repaired everything in a timely manner. They were very professional would highly recommend!
