HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had some flooding in our house on the 2nd floor & ended up going through to the downstairs. It looked like there was a rainstorm going on! We were in a panic! I am satisfied with the work from ServePro of South Redlands. After a bathtub overflow from the Apartment C to Unit B, at 1209 Oxford Drive, Redlands the company repaired everything according to their estimate in both Units.
I recently had the opportunity to work with the ServPro team following water damage at our home, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service with the direction of Juan Linares Territory Manager who was excellent in explaining every detail and step by step during the process, and Reba Lawson Project Manager. From the very beginning, their team was professional, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They responded quickly, explained each step of the mitigation process, and took great care in protecting our home while minimizing further damage. Their crew, Mike and Matt (Technicians) worked efficiently, kept the work area clean, and treated our property with respect throughout the entire process. As someone who owns and operates a property management company, I work with contractors and restoration companies on a regular basis, and I truly appreciate companies that take pride in their work and deliver excellent customer service. ServPro exceeded my expectations during the initial mitigation phase. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, responsiveness, and outstanding service. I would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services.
Overall experience excellent, Josiah was our lead and did a great job facilitating all the repairs. Adolpho and his team worked efficiently and completely the woodwork to our specifications. Sal and his team installed the flooring in timely manner. We would recommend and use them again.
