He was always available to answer our questions and showed up often to inspect the quality of repairs. We felt their pricing was very fair. Between Sam and Mike, they could not have made this any easier. They handled talking with insurance, the back and forth, managing their contractors and getting things done in an extremely quick manner. We had an insurance claim from water damage and were left confused and not knowing how to even handle it. Sam walked us through how it works, was honest with us and upfront. He told us how the process works, what tor pact and answered every question in the book. To come in and clean it all up we dealt with his brother Mike. Mike gave us options, the process, timelines and stuck to what they said. Mike and his team made the repairs seem less and as if nothing happened. They dealt with all the headache and handled everyone with professionalism and understanding. Would 100% recommend anyone to use these folks.
