Servpro worked with us to mitigate and clean up the damage from a flood in our house. Mark was always available and responsive and provided all the resources we needed, including a team of people to help us pack and five sea vans to store all our stuff. Samuel did a great job in removing and drying out the water to mitigate the damage such that we were able to salvage some expensive shelving and cabinets. He worked diligently and was conscientious in making sure the job got done as quickly and efficiently as possible. At the same time, he was very respectful of us and our property and was a pleasure to work with.

We were very anxious and nervous after suffering a bathroom flood. They responded quickly and knew what and where to check for damage which we were unfamiliar with.
