I had water damage and Servpro was called out . I am still waiting for the job to be completed but wanted to give a shout-out to Jason and Alan ! They were very responsive, professional, and helpful when walking me through the initial process of remediation . They always answered my questions and addressed my concerns.

Servpro was contracted through our insurance company after finding water damage in our house. Jason came out and set up fans and dehumidifiers in the areas that needed to be dried out. Even when our insurance was non-responsive, Jason checked in often to ensure the equipment was working correctly and that the areas were drying out as they should. Very good customer service!

Servpro, responded to a claim I submitted to my insurance. Jason the representative was, informative and knowledgeable and most importantly on time every single Time that he was at my house. I am very satisfied with their services specially the assistance provided by Jason and his co worker. Thank you

I’ve been working with Ally, Evelyn, and Jason from the Orange County office. All of them have been very nice on a personal level, responsive with communication, informative about the work that is needed, and very professional and prompt. I am extremely happy that Servpro Santa Ana was able to come to our office on such short notice to offer there sanitizing services.
