Meet Our Team

I had a great experience working with Victor Mendoza Sr. from SERVPRO. He was efficient, professional, and kept the work area clean and organized throughout the process. Victor was also friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to explain the details clearly and made sure everything was understood before moving forward. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the quality of his work. I would definitely recommend Victor to anyone who needs professional restoration services.

SERVPRO SAN Gabriel did an excellent job handling the unexpected water leak in my home. Their team was highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the insurance claim and restoration process. They communicated clearly, made a stressful situation much easier to manage, and completed the work at a very reasonable price. I truly appreciate their outstanding service and would highly recommend them.

I hope Victor Mendoza Jr. is on any and all dealings with, and cleaning situations I have with Servpro, he's one of the "best of the Best" S.M. Altadena

We want to thank and give kudos to Kevin Gomez and his crew in Quality Control at Servpro. They came out quickly and did an excellent job with the issues we were having in our kitchen. They did an excellent job & they did everything quickly and very professionally, and we couldn’t be happier with their services!

After the Eaton Fires, we got estimates from a few companies for our attic and full interior/exterior cleaning. Servpro came in with a competitive bid and were by far the most responsive of the bunch. They were also genuinely friendly throughout the whole process, which made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. They did an amazing job and finished in the shortest timeline of all the estimates we got — and they actually stuck to the timeline they originally quoted, which almost never happens. I had a dedicated on-site coordinator who kept me in the loop the entire time, so I was never wondering what was going on or what came next. Highly recommend if you're dealing with fire damage and need a team that shows up, communicates well, and gets the job done.

Víctor Mendoza Sr. & Omar Vargas were great! Very attentive and professional. Derick and Servpro were very attentive and helpful throughout the process.

My experience with SERVPRO was nothing short of exceptional. They completed a full bathroom and closet restoration in my home, and the results speak with quiet excellence. What was once a place in need has now been restored with care, precision, and a standard that reflects true pride in workmanship. Omar, who led the project, carried himself with professionalism and mastery from beginning to end. His attention to detail, consistency, and commitment to doing things the right way did not go unnoticed. He went beyond expectation, never cutting corners, always ensuring that every element was completed with purpose and integrity. Alongside him, Victor Sr. brought the same level of dedication and diligence. Together, they formed a team that not only restored our home, but brought reassurance to my family during the process. Their presence was steady, their work thorough, and their respect for our home deeply appreciated. I would also like to thank Derrek for connecting us with such outstanding individuals. It is rare to come across a team so aligned in both skill and character. Because of Omar and Victor Sr., I would confidently recommend SERVPRO to anyone in need of restoration services, and I would advise them to request these two gentlemen by name. We are truly grateful. The work exceeded our expectations, and the experience has left a lasting impression.

Victor Sr and Jayden were so helpful with the pack out and moving the contents back in! Thank you very much!
