I would like to thank the Twin brother service techs sent by Sal to inspect our AC unit and inspect for possible mold. They were knowledgeable and informative about their findings and solved my issues with a great work ethic while working together as a team. Serv-Pro is an excellent company to work with, and their employees are absolute professionals. They were all very courteous and conscientious. I truly appreciate how punctual they were and how much care they showed my home and property. They made the situation we found ourselves in much easier to handle for their portion of the recovery. While I don’t wish a water leak on anyone, this is the team you want if it happens to you. They were knowledgeable, polite, explained the whole process along the way, and were always clean in their appearance and kept the work area clean in my home, which we truly appreciate!
