I had the most AMAZING experience with Servpro all because of who I spoke with , Dee. My grandma Cheryl needed their services but wasn’t sure exactly what to do and Dee helped her and guided her to the proper services. Dee is soooo easy to communicate with and speak with. Servpro responded quickly to a water leak from my upstairs neighbor that leaks into my condo. All of the work preformed was done quickly to reduce damage from the leak. The restoration was also efficient and the person assigned ot me, Johnny, was excellent. Delia Perez, my contact at the company, was excellent. She helped me resolve many billing questions. Be sure to check your estimates and make sure they match up to the work done. I had a number of estimate items that were not necessary and Dalia worked with me to make sure the final charges reflected the work done and were accurate. I give them 5 stars for the actual work, but only 3 stars for the estimate and billing departments. Delia gets 5 stars.
