Fantastic company, everyone we talked to from the customer service reps to the on the ground workers were all very respectful and hardworking and that made the stress of the project go away because I knew we were in good hands hiring servpro. 10/10 highly recommend this company

Opo, Saul and Teresa’s team did an amazing job! They were considerate and kind throughout the whole process and walked me through everything they were doing. They made sure I understood and felt comfortable with the process. My shop was cleaner than it had ever been by the time they were done! I would highly recommend their team!!!

This review is about ServPro, who from our experience, is a superior service provider for remediating damage having to with water, as it relates to its completion of the Water Remediation phase of our home. ServPro’s reputation for being proactive in mold prevention was a big factor for my wife and I to agree to have them work on our home. We, explicitly, would like to acknowledge Kevin Ortega, ServPro Project Manager, and his team. They would include: Xavier, who placed the air movers and scrubbers for beginning the Water Remediation phase; Juan B, who with Kevin, assessed the extent of water damage on their initial visit; RUIZ and Noel, who took additional moisture readings, constructed the scaffolding (for accessing the ceiling), and installed the plastic sheet barriers (for containing the expected debris associated with the work); RUIZ and Juan R, who did ALL of the ACTUAL Water Remediation, by removing the wet drywall and insulation, which entailed a very long day; Luis and Isidro, who conducted periodic moisture monitoring; and Kevin and Isidro, who finished the last task associated with the Water Remediation phase, and removed the equipment. The ServPro team, mentioned above, showed their concern, professionalism, competency, and courtesy regarding my wife and me, as well as our home. Again, this review of ServPro is focused on their Water Remediation team performance, as we have yet to have the “Restoration of our home to its Original State” scheduled to be completed by ServPro’s Reconstruction and Restoration team. One recommendation for ServPro would be to periodically communicate ongoing status of their future clients’ projects.

Wildfire struck our city so fast and the trauma it left behind is devastating. USAA brought in a team from San Marcos CA ‘Team Araya’ to assist in the restoration process. I was lucky enough to have Team Araya on my side! I was so full of questions which I’m sure I asked numerous times for clarification. Opo and Teresa were so Kind and Caring throughout. The pack up team was just amazing! Yoana, Liz, Edber, and Alberto worked so smoothly together and treated all of our belongings with true care. I highly recommend this team !!

What a perfect team, Project Manager Junior Gonzales, Crew tech, Evelyn Garcia and techs Matt and helpers, all great professionals. They worked so hard to remediate my home, went above and beyond. Incredibly hard workers, honest and talented at what they do. Thank you Servpro !
