When we moved into our townhouse, we discovered a nasty urine smell in our pantry. After a lengthy investigation into where the source was (no one's fault), it was Shey from ServPro that found the source. Shey removed the affected drywall and cleared the source from the cavity in the wall. Their commitment to the solving the problem put mine and wife's mind at ease that we were on the home stretch. Afterward, Mike returned to retreat the area after listening to my recommendation. By actively listening to the customer, he provided the much needed retreatment that got rid of the smell for.good. I'm not sure the name of the gentleman who did the initial drywall installation, but they were professional and the work was top notch. Finally, Julio came in to finish the job. His attention to detail (including accounting for the warped construction of the building) blew me away. He worked fast and autographed his work with quality. Everything looks great and the smell is gone. My wife and I are over the moon to finally start using our pantry. Great job all around!

The dry wall crew Oscar and Salvador did high quality work on our living room ceiling. They both very friendly and focused on their job be done 1st time right. This is 1nd time they worked on our home repair dry wall issues, we very much happy with their work.
We use Servpro of Sorrento Valley for a very difficult exterior water intrusion that led to a major mold issue in the downstairs of our townhouse. Daniel, the project supervisor, was excellent. He managed a complex mold remediation including significant demolition and decontamination involving most of our three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The majority of our contents were also ruined because of the mold as well. . He handled the project with great attention to detail and true professionalism throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier with the job he did for us.
Have worked with these guys multiple times and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Sam stood out for his excellent communication and ability to make sure I understood where things were in the greater project. Antonio showed great care for and was especially respectful of our space (including working around a napping baby). Grateful for their expertise and thankful the project went so well.
