I would like to thank all of the work crew personnel of Servpro's Marina/North Salinas office. Their absolute attention to detail of the mitigation work was top notch. As a retired firefighter, I understand the challenge of restoring a home damaged by fire. From Samantha, who performed the initial survey of my home's damages, Ricardo & Miguel who explained the day to day process on site, to Carmen & Maria who completed the finishing touches of cleaning my household items. I apologize for not recalling everyone's names but all definitely deserve high praise for what must sometimes be a thankless job.
I had a bad leak in the kitchen while I was on vacation and we called ServPro. They responded same day to assess the chaotic mess. The process took about five days and they did an amazing job!! I would definitely recommend them. Everyone was very caring and compassionate during the very stressful time. They always called about 30 minutes in advance to let me know they were on their way. Raccoons were using the flat roof of our shed for a bathroom for about two weeks. I called Servpro and they came out and handled the mess. A hazmat suit and head gear later it was clean and disinfected!
