My dishwasher broke and flooded my kitchen in the middle of the night and I found Servpro through Google. I am so thankful they are 24/7 because Jacob arrived to assess the damage shortly after. He had wonderful customer service and was very fast and efficient. He even helped us with how to file for insurance. Thank you so much Jacob and the Servpro company. I will only be using you guys from now on.

Greatest experience!! Jacob from Servpro of Lompoc did an amazing job with the mold I had in my bathroom. I was so freaked out but he answered all my questions and even helped with filing insurance. Servpro of Lompoc came out at 3am due to a water damage I woke up to and Jacob showed up ready to go. He did an amazing job and help all through out the job by answering all my questions and dealing with the insurance. Through tears and patience they were able to navigate an extremely tough experience with compassion and kindness as well as craftsmanship! When getting woken up to the sound of water in your house, it can be pretty scary, but thank goodness that a friend recommended SERVPRO of Lompoc, I am blown away! I didn’t expect the quick and respectful service! Jacob was onsite right away and was able to call my nerves and let me know that it would all be handled quickly and it was! The owner Mark even called me and went over everything which felt huge for a bigger company that even the owner wanted to make sure everything was going well. I appreciate all the help from Jacob and Mark job. Well done boys. !
