I filed my claim on Friday and SERVPRO la puente was at my house on Saturday morning at 8am and was on time and very thorough. Edgar was the young man that inspected the damage to my kitchen. He was very knowledgeable and very professional and courteous and respectful that I felt safe in his presence. He arranged immediately thru SERVPRO to come on Monday to start the work on my kitchen.
Today Kevin and Derrick were at my home on time and so very courteous and respectful and immediately got to work. Both are doing a great job and very neat and mindful of the work at hand.
