I filed my claim on Friday and SERVPRO la puente was at my house on Saturday morning at 8am and was on time and very thorough. Edgar was the young man that inspected the damage to my kitchen. He was very knowledgeable and very professional and courteous and respectful that I felt safe in his presence. He arranged immediately thru SERVPRO to come on Monday to start the work on my kitchen.

Excellent communication skills, patient, professional and efficient. These are just a few of the things that come to mind. Due to a water leak SERVPRO was dispatched to our house. Edgar first showed up to make the initial assessment he was pretty much as accurate as you can get, After the leak was addressed Derrek and Kevin of SERVPRO came out to evaluate and contain the extent of the water damage. They were courteous, professional and very personable. Even after 1000 and 1 questions from the kids and myself. Highly recommendable company.
