We had some water damage to our ceiling and walls due to an air conditioning leak. The insurance company covered the damage and handled the cleanup and removal, but we wanted to use someone local so we called SERVPRO of Hawthorne. Marat was extremely professional and punctual. He examined what we needed to have done, recommended some other improvements and provided us with a quote that was extremely fair. Marat was aware we were trying to save money so he worked with us as much as possible to keep the cost down. Had a water leak in my laundry room and had SERVPRO do the initial clean up and remediation! They did an amazing job! Because I was so satisfied, I also hired them to handle replacing the wall board, insulation, flooring, molding and finally painting! They did an excellent job, laundry room is now the nicest room in the house! Carlos and Joel did the wall board and retextured the walls on the first day, Carlos install the flooring and molding the next day, then Carlos, Joel and Freddy painted the third day!
