Jacob serves as the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Walnut and has been a valued member of the SERVPRO team since 2002. With over two decades of experience in the restoration industry, he brings extensive knowledge, strong leadership, and a solutions-driven approach to daily operations. Jacob oversees all office and production operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to SERVPRO’s high standards. Known for his excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities, he works closely with staff, clients, and partners to keep operations running smoothly. Jacob holds multiple industry certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), including IICRC Certified, Water Restoration Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation, and ACAC Fire and Smoke Damage Consultant certifications. His expertise and dedication play a critical role in the continued success of SERVPRO of Walnut.

Jessica has been the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Walnut since May 2009 and brings years of experience and dedication to the team. She oversees all office operations, including billing, payroll, human resources, and accounts receivable, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Jessica is highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, playing a key role in supporting both the office staff and field teams. Her commitment, knowledge, and leadership make her an invaluable asset to SERVPRO of Walnut.

Moises serves as a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Walnut and has been a dedicated member of the SERVPRO team since February 2019. He leads production teams on a wide range of restoration projects and plays a key role in ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to SERVPRO’s high standards. Moises holds industry certifications as a Water Restoration Technician and Applied Structural Technician, reflecting his strong technical knowledge and hands-on expertise. Known for his hard work, reliability, and leadership, he leads by example and fosters strong teamwork in the field. Moises’ commitment and positive influence make him an invaluable leader and a trusted part of the SERVPRO of Walnut team.

Savannah is our Senior Accounts Manager and has been a valued member of the SERVPRO team since April 2019. She plays a key role in the billing department and is cross-trained across all office functions, allowing her to step in wherever support is needed. Savannah assists with billing disputes, scheduling, permit processing, social media management, and a variety of other administrative responsibilities. Known for her versatility, strong organizational skills, and positive attitude, she helps keep daily operations running smoothly. We are fortunate to have Savannah as an integral part of our office team.

Paul has served as a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Walnut since March 2023. He oversees and supports restoration projects involving water damage, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage, vandalism, and more. Known for his strong work ethic, Paul consistently upholds SERVPRO’s high standards of quality and service.

Javier has served as a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Walnut since January 2025. He oversees and supports restoration projects involving water damage, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage, vandalism, and more. Known for his strong work ethic, Javier consistently upholds SERVPRO’s high standards of quality and service.

Askari has been a Remediation Technician at SERVPRO of Walnut since August 2025. He assists with a variety of restoration services, including water damage, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage, vandalism, and more.

Christopher has been a Remediation Technician at SERVPRO of Walnut since January 2026. He assists with a variety of restoration services, including water damage, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage, vandalism, and more.

Antonio serves as the Senior Construction Manager at SERVPRO of Walnut and has been a member of the SERVPRO team since January 2026. He brings years of hands-on experience in the restoration and construction industry, providing strong leadership and expertise to every project. Antonio manages all reconstruction operations, including property inspections, preparing detailed estimates, coordinating crews, and overseeing the full reconstruction process from start to finish. Known for his attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality, he ensures each project is completed efficiently and meets SERVPRO’s high standards. Antonio’s experience and leadership make him a valuable asset to the SERVPRO of Walnut team.

Matt has been a valued member of the SERVPRO of Walnut team since June 2025 and currently serves as our Reconstruction Manager. He oversees all aspects of the reconstruction division, working closely with our crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to SERVPRO standards. Matt plays a key role in coordinating schedules, managing quality control, and ensuring clear communication throughout each reconstruction project, helping deliver exceptional results for our customers.
