Jacob serves as the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Walnut and has been a valued member of the SERVPRO team since 2002. With over two decades of experience in the restoration industry, he brings extensive knowledge, strong leadership, and a solutions-driven approach to daily operations. Jacob oversees all office and production operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to SERVPRO’s high standards. Known for his excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities, he works closely with staff, clients, and partners to keep operations running smoothly. Jacob holds multiple industry certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), including IICRC Certified, Water Restoration Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation, and ACAC Fire and Smoke Damage Consultant certifications. His expertise and dedication play a critical role in the continued success of SERVPRO of Walnut.

Jessica has been the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Walnut since May 2009 and brings years of experience and dedication to the team. She oversees all office operations, including billing, payroll, human resources, and accounts receivable, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Jessica is highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, playing a key role in supporting both the office staff and field teams. Her commitment, knowledge, and leadership make her an invaluable asset to SERVPRO of Walnut.

Moises serves as a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Walnut and has been a dedicated member of the SERVPRO team since February 2019. He leads production teams on a wide range of restoration projects and plays a key role in ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to SERVPRO’s high standards. Moises holds industry certifications as a Water Restoration Technician and Applied Structural Technician, reflecting his strong technical knowledge and hands-on expertise. Known for his hard work, reliability, and leadership, he leads by example and fosters strong teamwork in the field. Moises’ commitment and positive influence make him an invaluable leader and a trusted part of the SERVPRO of Walnut team.

Savannah is our Senior Accounts Manager and has been a valued member of the SERVPRO team since April 2019. She plays a key role in the billing department and is cross-trained across all office functions, allowing her to step in wherever support is needed. Savannah assists with billing disputes, scheduling, permit processing, social media management, and a variety of other administrative responsibilities. Known for her versatility, strong organizational skills, and positive attitude, she helps keep daily operations running smoothly. We are fortunate to have Savannah as an integral part of our office team.

Shannon Raney has been a valued member of the SERVPRO of Walnut team since November 2022. As Senior Accounts Manager, she oversees job file coordination and works closely with our production manager and technicians to help ensure every project runs smoothly and efficiently. Her attention to detail and dedication make her an important part of our team, and we are grateful to have her at SERVPRO of Hacienda Heights/Rowland Heights.

Paul has served as a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Walnut since March 2023. He oversees and supports restoration projects involving water damage, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage, vandalism, and more. Known for his strong work ethic, Paul consistently upholds SERVPRO’s high standards of quality and service.

Antonio serves as the Senior Construction Manager at SERVPRO of Walnut and has been a member of the SERVPRO team since January 2026. He brings years of hands-on experience in the restoration and construction industry, providing strong leadership and expertise to every project. Antonio manages all reconstruction operations, including property inspections, preparing detailed estimates, coordinating crews, and overseeing the full reconstruction process from start to finish. Known for his attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality, he ensures each project is completed efficiently and meets SERVPRO’s high standards. Antonio’s experience and leadership make him a valuable asset to the SERVPRO of Walnut team.

Matt has been a valued member of the SERVPRO of Walnut team since June 2025 and currently serves as our Reconstruction Manager. He oversees all aspects of the reconstruction division, working closely with our crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to SERVPRO standards. Matt plays a key role in coordinating schedules, managing quality control, and ensuring clear communication throughout each reconstruction project, helping deliver exceptional results for our customers.

Amber has been a dedicated Water Technician at SERVPRO of Hacienda Heights/Rowland Heights since April 2026 and came to our team with valuable prior restoration industry experience. She consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality restoration services. Amber plays an important role in helping customers through challenging situations, bringing professionalism, compassion, and reliability to every project she takes on. Her industry knowledge, positive attitude, and dedication make her a highly valued member of our team.

Daisy joined SERVPRO of Hacienda Heights/ Rowland Heights in April 2026 as a Water Technician, bringing with her previous hands-on experience in the restoration industry. From day one, she has shown exceptional dedication, professionalism, and a strong ability to respond efficiently in fast-paced environments. Daisy is known for her dependable work ethic, careful attention to detail, and compassionate approach when assisting customers during stressful situations. Her experience, positive energy, and commitment to quality service have made her an outstanding and valued member of our restoration team.

Since joining SERVPRO of Hacienda Heights/ Rowland Heights in April 2026, Azael has become a dependable and hardworking member of our team as a Water Technician. He quickly adapted to our operations and consistently delivers high-quality work with professionalism and attention to detail.
