After our house fire I was a little nervous to anyone touching and packing my fragile heirlooms. Matt and his team did an outstanding job taking care of everything. They are professional, hardworking, and empathetic people. I highly recommend them.

Servpro was timely, professional, organized and kept our house clean and protected. Floors, walls, carpets were all lined and protected from dirt and debris. Employees were all very friendly and polite. This service was for water leak and damage.

The SERVPRO Clovis pack-out team did an amazing job! Christina and Jocilin packed out my master bedroom as we are getting new carpet due to water damage. They were polite, kind and efficient. I highly recommend them both!

From their communication with me and my insurance, I have felt well informed and educated throughout my personal experience of a bathroom leak that spanned two floors. The response time- INSANELY fast. The attention to detail- OUT OF THIS WORLD- the kindness and personability of the team- AMAZING. Listen, I am a busy, single mom that does not have time for bathroom leaks or reviews but let me tell you, this team is next level. Specifically, I had Reymundo & Nash JR on my job the past few days. They have been so helpful in terms of communication, cleanliness and just generally pleasant, good humans. And, they were helpful with my insane dogs & kids. I have never had such a good experience with a team being perfectly communicative of their ETA, and careful of the potential mess with demo. Not only that, they really spent time with me to understand the process with insurance, which is super confusing for first timers! And to be honest, the price seems insanely affordable.
