His deep knowledge of water, fire, and mold mitigation, combined with his calm demeanor under pressure, makes him a trusted leader on the field. Kevin Ortega serves as the Mitigation Project Manager at SERVPRO of Fallbrook / South Oceanside. Known for his attention to detail and exceptional customer service, Kevin coordinates and oversees restoration projects from start to finish. His strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple crews in fast-paced environments ensures that every job is handled with precision and efficiency. Kevin takes pride in guiding customers through stressful situations with clarity and compassion, making him a key part of our team’s success.

Andrew Rossa is the Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Fallbrook / South Oceanside. He joined the Fallbrook / South Oceanside family in September 2018 as a technician, and through his dedication and hard work, quickly became the Crew Chief. Though he joined our family with several years experience in the Restoration business, since starting at SERVPRO he has been able to get Water Certified with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Andrew strives every day to use his knowledge and experience to help our fellow community members, and to make it "Like it never even happened."

Antonio Edmond is a Water Technician at SERVPRO of Fallbrook / South Oceanside. With a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to help others, Antonio plays a vital role in responding quickly to water emergencies and performing mitigation work with care and professionalism.
