We recently dealt with some major water damage that created a severe mold situation. It was very scary but Fred was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and calming throughout the process. He explained every detail and we felt our family was in safe hands. Mold can be very scary but it can also be fixable when done right. Fantastic service. Fred came out (personally) to assess our place and start stabilization in our house after a pipe broke at midnight in a Saturday! He walked me through every step of the process, and share his expertise. After the shock of the accident, his experience and genuine kindness and comfort meant everything. I literally hugged him as he let. Would 100% recommend if you ever find yourself in a horrible water damage situation. He works directly with your insurance to ensure they cover all of the losses and puts the safety of and your family first.
