We recently dealt with some major water damage that created a severe mold situation. It was very scary but Fred was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and calming throughout the process. He explained every detail and we felt our family was in safe hands. Mold can be very scary but it can also be fixable when done right. Fred went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly for our safety. He truly cares and we are so grateful for his expertise and guidance every step of the way. They have serviced my house a few times and done a good job. They are very responsive. Even offered to come out on Christmas day. They are also honest. We had some water leak in recently and they were very candid about the repair- they did not try to build it up to a bigger job, which I really appreciate.

Fantastic service. Fred came out (personally) to assess our place and start stabilization in our house after a pipe broke at midnight in a Saturday! He walked me through every step of the process, and share his expertise. After the shock of the accident, his experience and genuine kindness and comfort meant everything. I literally hugged him as he let. Would 100% recommend if you ever find yourself in a horrible water damage situation. He works directly with your insurance to ensure they cover all of the losses and puts the safety of and your family first.

The staff, especially Fred, were always prompt and respectful when State Farm has been dreadful. The ServPro team made sure that they were clear and always cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommended
