Servpro did a great job at our building here. Took care of four of our units that had very bad mold damage. They remediated removed and reconstructed the areas that were damaged. A huge thank you to the Servpro team for coming through for RJ Builders this past week. After the City of Pasadena Water & Power accidentally damaged a sewer line, they stepped in immediately and handled everything from cleanup, drywall removal, disinfecting, drying, and hauling away damaged carpet and materials. Their team was responsive, professional, and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. We truly appreciate all of your hard work and highly recommend Servpro to anyone in need.

Sal Galindo, the project manager, was professional, efficient and easy to work with. He explained everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms, so I always knew what was happening and why. The project stayed on schedule, and Sal communicated clearly every step of the way, going above and beyond. His attention to detail and commitment to quality made a stressful situation much easier. It is truly nice and sometimes unexpected when you get service that shows people in a company cares about you in your well-being in your satisfaction. I am so pleased that the three individuals that came here we're very respectful and explain everything to me.
