Meet Our Team

Ralph D. is our General Manager here at SERVPRO of Del Mar. He has been in the restoration business for over 35 years, all of which have been with SERVPRO. Aside from being an active supervisor and job site estimator, he also ensures all systems and procedures are properly managed and well executed. Ralph is a licensed contractor and holds numerous certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). When Ralph is not working vigorously for SERVPRO, he enjoys spending time with his family. With mindful dedication in providing premium service, Ralph's wonderful display of leadership has been remarkably prominent in our growth.

Suzie D. is the Office Manager for SERVPRO of Del Mar and has been a part of the SERVPRO family since 2006. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal, and Suzie sets the example. As the heart of our team, she is always exemplifying professionalism, leadership, and a true expertise of the business. She is responsible for all things accounting, franchise development, and producing smiles.

Salomon S. is our Operations Manager for SERVPRO of Del Mar. He has been a part of our franchise family since 2008 and is the ambassador between our clients and team that helps facilitate all communication. When he is not supervising large projects, his Level Two Xactimate Certification shows through his estimating capabilities and ensures the smooth progression in each of our jobs. From the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), he holds Water Damage Restoration (WRT). When he is not diligently working for SERVPRO, he enjoys spending time with his family and spoiling his daughter. His continuing growth, strong work ethic, and amiable customer service has been influential in our prosperity.

Lori B. is a Contents Manager in our Pack Out, Fire, & Cleaning Division. She has been a part of our franchise family since September 2007 and has been using her Contents processing and handling certification expertise to return personal belongings to their preloss condition. Lori also holds a Level One Certification on Xactimate, showing she is skilled and knowledgeable when compiling meticulous data on reports. Over the years here at SERVPRO, she has acquired considerable knowledge and training in the restoration industry. Though she is on call 24/7, she enjoys her family and watching her granddaughter in her spare time. With Lori’s proactive outlook and ambition to learn, she has remained an essential asset to our team!

Sandra R. is a production technician here at SERVPRO of Del Mar. With over 25 years of experience and knowledge in the restoration industry, she is responsible for fire cleanings and pack outs. In addition, she works with all parties required to place a customer's home back "Like it never even happened." In her spare time, she enjoys reading, shopping, and spending time by the ocean. Her efficiency on jobs and drive to go beyond what is asked of her has made her an essential leader within this company.

Austin R. is a Production Manager here at SERVPRO of Del Mar. Now with over a decade of experience in the restoration business since joining the SERVPRO family in 2016, Austin holds IICRC's Water Restoration certificate and is responsible for maintaining contact with customers to ensure each water mitigation job runs smoothly. Austin is instrumental in helping SERVPRO of Del Mar provide personable, yet professional service. In his spare time, Austin enjoys playing soccer, the guitar, and hanging out with friends. With his steel determination to assist our customers in any way he can, Austin has been essential to the company’s expansion.

Lola and Lulu are not only our biggest fans here at SERVPRO – but they also serve as our office Mascots. They enjoy greeting and inspecting all of our visitors, & packages, accompanying owners and management with daily errands, and serving as the crumb patrol at Breakfast and Lunch. They took it upon themselves to take on this responsibility, without any training or prompting. It may be a little unnerving to hear them barking from their office, but we assure you they mean no harm. They just want to say hello and sniff your shoes (as they take their jobs very seriously.)

When they are not acting as Mascots and/or Security for SERVPRO of Del Mar - they enjoy long walks, sunbathing, horseplay, and naps. Thank you Lola & Lulu for your hard work and commitment to SERVPRO.

Danica M is the Administrative Assistant here at SERVPRO of Del Mar. She joined the SERVPRO family in 2023 and has since been playing a key part in keeping office operations in top shape. in 2025 she received her IICRC Water Restoration certificate to better her understanding and contribution towards daily operations. When she is not maintaining collections and auditing files, she loves working out, writing, and being with her hubby and pups.
