I recently wrote a review but I now want to add more kudos. I needed reports and photos of the work performed for my realtor. Fernand needed to dig for the reports of 2024 and 2025. Which he did with a friendly and helpful manner and I know he had more important issues to attend to. He always ends our tele conversation with: "If there is anything else you need or have any questions, call me." Did I mention that he answers his phone? "After a water pipe leak at an electric Hot Water Heater on the slab of my home, the water had migrated on the slab from the Water Heater to the office next to it and soaked the carpet and wall. I turned off the water and I had a plumber replace the pipe. I am insured with AAA and they contacted SERVPRO of Corona to take care of the clean-up and replace the flooring. SERVPRO of Corona is a complete service that can do all of the requirements. It's a family run organization and is as helpful and thorough as you could ever want. They labled all of the ''stuff' in the office and put it all in boxes for the two weeks needed to clean, dry, paint and install the new flooring. We had about 72 medium U-Haul boxes of 'things' from the office. They handled it all professional as you could ever want. I highly recommend them for any work of this kind. "

BEST PLACE TO GO TO! I HIGHELY RECOMEND USING THEM!!! All there staff are super nice, respectful and considerate . Being a mom of 2 toddlers and having people coming in and out of my house was a big concern of mine. But all those fears went away and ultimately they have become a part of our family. There work is also top notch and clean. They listen to your wants, concerns and go out of their way to make it happen. I will never use anyone else but them.

Serb-pro is an amazing company to work with. I had water damage on my floors and ed came and helped me throughout the entire process. He helped me with my claims with my insurance company. Walked me through the repair process from beginning to end. He always answered my calls and any questions I had no matter how dumb it was. He brought samples over and gave recommendations on what to get. His expertise is unparalleled. He gave clear explanations of why certain materials works better for our home and why certain materials do not work. He never tried to upsell us on anything, completely honest from beginning to end. Although my wife and I changed our minds on the different things through our house, MANY TIMES, he was very patient and worked with whatever we gave him. His staff and contractors he uses are out of this world. They are extremely professional and super clean. They set up and clean up after themselves every day and never left any messes or anything laying around; which was super important to me since I have 2 toddlers running around. These guys are so great that my kids ran around the house while they worked without any problems. Everything was super safe for my kids to do so. Because of them, my family now has the bathroom that we want and dream of, amazing floors, upstairs and down. We couldn’t be happier with how our home came out.
