Andy is the best. Very hard worker and very professional. He always went above and beyond with the work that he conducted in the house. Something that stands out to me about Andy was more than just his work ethic. He was so kind. In addition to all the work that he was doing in our home ,he offered to help cut up boxes that I had left in my front yard. These were not small boxes either they were couch size boxes. When he offered to cut them and dispose of them I was floored I couldn’t believe that especially because I knew how much work it was going to be on top of what he was already doing. You don’t find people like that anymore that take initiative. I hope we never have the issues that we had in our home again but if we did I know for certain that we would call Servpro back and specifically ask for Andy.

Our house experienced a roof leak on Christmas Eve. Despite the holiday, someone picked up the phone at the office and walked us through how they could help us mitigate the damage to our home. Over the next few weeks ServPro professionally dried out the impacted areas of our home, put a tarp on the roof to prevent further leaks, and helped coordinate with our insurance company for all of the charges. Everyone who arrived at our home was professional and knowledgeable of their work. We would recommend their service to our friends and family and would definitely reach out to them again if we needed them (though hopefully not anytime soon!).

My Grandma’s home was severely damaged after an electrical fire and we were connected with SERVPRO of Arcadia through State Farm. Considering the enormous amount of details and stress involved with rebuilding a house, I will forever be grateful for the help from the co-owner Amy Moufarrege. With all due respect, I would advise avoiding working with her dad Tony who was a little too “old school” for my taste. Amy however was professional, patient, and kind. It took almost 2 years to get the house rebuilt, especially since things needed to be updated to meet current codes and so many phases needed authorization from insurance. Amy always did a great job of answering all of my questions and concerns. Also, there were times that we had special requests with the rebuild and her team was able to offer creative solutions that still allowed us to stay within the insurance budget. To anyone recovering from a house fire: CONSULT your insurance agent so you understand all of the details of your policy coverage; it’ll definitely help expedite the process and reduce the confusion when trying to understand what services/repairs/resources are covered or not. I would definitely work with Amy and her team again for any other contracting/construction needs!

This local franchise are pros. A huge thank you to the general manager, Amy who was over the top in communication and a pleasure to work with. Her crew was professional and carried the same type of excellent communication, commitment and kept their word. I used ServPro for remediation and reconstruction for my entire 2 bed/2 bath condo in DTLA after I had water intrusion. I would strongly recommend this particular team. Thanks, Amy and Javier!

I had a major roof leak that was immediately followed by the appearance of mold and all of this was managed by Servpro With incredible grace and competence. I wish there were better words to describe this, but there are no words. When I mentioned to someone that I was going to use Servpro, their response was that they were very pricey. Thank goodness I ignored this because I remembered the "saying, and have lived its truth..."there is no free lunch," and this was never more appropriate and true here. The reason i can say this too is that I was in a unique position, at the same time, to observe how a another mold problem was handled elsewhere, and there was no comparison. Enter the office support staff wo managed all the extensive communications needed for for solid notification and documentation, included Angelia, Kathy, and Diana. Emails and telephone calls were returned promptly which is not always the case in today's business world. At the beginning, I received Tony's comprehensive inspection report that included a 57-page report with video and measurements of all the affected rooms and then the Water Intrusion Crew moved in to set up zippered containment units to separate out all the unaffected areas from the affected areas,as they did the tear down phase. They wore PPE to ensure their safety. Julio managed the overall Remediation process with great professionalism and with Andy at the worksite, working with his crew to ensure that all mold had been scrubbed out, and removed and antimicrobial materials were applied to impede reourrence. . Finally the Restoration crew arrived ... Javier, and Jorge...which made me wonder where Servpro found such amazingly, many skilled people! (Enrique came along, to my surprise later, to rehang all the pictures, mirrors and relocate furniture.) There was a myriad of architectural details that had to be dealt with such as rehanging shutters, building new baseboards, painting, and matching colored paint, copying existing wall texture, and patching and taping ceilings to the extent that the slogan "like it never even happened,"was never more true. Amy Moufarrege is the manager - outstanding. And my apologies for failing to mention Eric, who was so instrumental in estimating the restoration work involved, timing, and all the materials needed. It was masterful coordination.

The SERVPRO team has been phenomenal to work with. Consistent communication, Top Level service, they are second to none. Highly recommend.

SERVPRO took care of everything. The roof leak caused quite a bit of damage. All the contractors that SERVPRO arranged were great and their fees were very fair. I would use SERVPRO again.
