Rhia serves as our Senior Vice President. Rhia has 15-ongoing years of SERVPRO leadership, specializing in content valuation for 5 years before SERVPRO, and had her Real Estate license with a focus on financing prior to that. As a storm event and large loss veteran, her focus is in the overall operating systems and supporting our territory leaders to motivate and educate their teams to exceed our client's expectations.
She is IICRC Certified in Fire/Smoke, Odor, Water, and Applied Structural Drying. She is a dedicated and reliable asset to the team.

Christian acts as our VP of Production for the Bay Area, creating SOPs, scouting for top-tier team members, and directing our Production Division Managers. His legacy in the restoration industry spans multiple decades and various leadership roles. He inspires the team to go the extra mile and take pride in their achievements, while focusing on efficiency and finding a solution when the unexpected happens. Eder is our Commercial/Large Loss Division Manager taking on projects that require detailed attention and complex solutions. His experience comes from a long history in the restoration industry acting in various roles from support to leadership. During his years with Team Drake, Eder has become not only a core asset, but a reflection of commitment, strength, and genuine care, evident in each opportunity to serve.
