Tom Zakeri is the General Manager at SERVPRO of North Vancouver.

He is a licenced registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) as well as Project Management Professional (PMP). He also has certification from Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC).

Tom has over 20 years of experience in dealing with every level of property restoration and general construction in Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects, there isn’t anything in the construction industry that he can’t handle. Working in different provinces throughout his career, has helped Tom become expert in the different techniques, solutions and challenges associated with inter-provincial codes and regulations.

Production Manager | SERVPRO of North Vancouver

Hossein Narimani (Sam), serves as the Production Manager at SERVPRO of North Vancouver. With extensive experience in the restoration industry, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge in managing complex restoration projects. He is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, and Odor Control, ensuring high standards of quality and safety in all services provided.

Sam’s expertise is further supported by certifications in Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED Level C CSA Std. Z1210-17. He also holds a Certificate of Attendance for the Qualitative Fit Test Workshop Webinar, having successfully completed the 3M course, further demonstrating his commitment to safety and professional development.

With a focus on delivering efficient, reliable, and thorough restoration services, Sam is dedicated to helping customers recover quickly and effectively from damage, while ensuring every project meets SERVPRO’s high standards of excellence.

Pouyan Vahdani is an experienced construction technician. He is IICRC certified in the following fields:

• Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration
• Odor Control

Gurpal is a dedicated and experienced professional in the restoration industry, bringing 4 years of expertise in water, fire, and mold damage restoration. Known for their commitment to quality and client satisfaction, Gurpal ensures each project is handled with the utmost care and precision. He has worked on numerous high-profile restoration projects and is a trusted member of our team.

With an eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to safety, Gurpal works tirelessly to restore properties to their original condition and beyond, providing peace of mind to our valued clients.

Karen Burke, is our Business Development Manager. With extensive experience, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge in business development, client relations, and strategic growth. She will focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with insurance brokers, property managers, and contractors, and supporting the growth of our team.

Nikita Sharma is the Office Admin at SERVPRO of North Vancouver. She has an experience in organising and managing the office documents, making reports, planning the events, assisting the staff with documents and scheduling. She runs our Social Media for SERVPRO North Vancouver.
