I recently used Servpro in Scottsdale to assist in getting my mom’s house ready to put on the market after she passed. She was a heavy smoker and smoked in the house for years. Jeff and his team were able to do a deep cleaning to remove the heavy smoke smell and nicotine off the walls. He assisted in many repairs and upgrades including flooring and electrical. Communication was outstanding and he provided really good advise on certain things to address and how to resolve them. This was so critical as I reside in the Chicago area and needed to have trust that things were properly getting done in a timely manner. Every trip I made to Scottsdale to. Heck on things I found the work to be completed as expected . I highly recommend the services that this Servpro team provide !!

Maurice and his teammate did an incredible job during our mold identification initial appt. Because of his depth of knowledge and experience, he could identify the type of mold immediately and helped us develop a plan for remediation. In the interim, he taped off the mold area and removed items that we thought got exposed due to proximity. He carefully wiped all related surfaces that could have been exposed while testing to ensure no additional spread. I cannot recommend highly enough.

The team is great, fast and responsive, Ryan is great at communicating and being quick with respons time.

They went above and beyond what was expected when more damage was discovered behind my condo walls. They communicated with me throughout the mitigation process.
