After the initial restoration company I booked with could not deliver...and didn't even show up as promised...SERVPRO arrived within two hours of notification. Being a holiday weekend, our leaky pipes had a real chance of causing havoc with my daughter's bedroom if not remedied promptly. Kevin and Stuart showed up on time, took immediate action with dehumidifiers/air movers, and put our worries at ease. Kevin continued to monitor temps & moisture the next few days to make sure everything went well. I can't say enough about this experience.
