Meet Our Team

Liaan is our General Manager. He comes to SERVPRO with over 12 years experience in many areas of restoration, including, Hurricane/CAT/Large-Loss and Residential Project management, Estimation, Sales, and Operations management.

Professional certifications include OSHA 10/30, HAZWOPER 40 Train the trainer, Asbestos Inspector, Crime and Trauma scene technician

Jacob has been in construction since 2002 where he began framing with his father. Starting at the bottom and working his way up, he has more than twenty years of experience. He has been a tech, helper, lead supervisor, field supervisor, estimator, project manager, and owned his own company for four years. He also has experience in restoration as a water tech/PM in which he was responsible for each job from start to finish and rushing to help customers with emergency calls.

Best part of his job “Being able to take the customers vision and turn it into a reality”.

Jacob’s hobbies include golf, playing baseball, and spending time with his family (Wife and four kids).

Jeyda Parcell is the office administrator at SERVPRO of North Tempe. Jeyda's experience in the reconstruction industry and in office management have made her a valuable part of the team. Her management and organizational skills allow our office to run smoothly and efficiently!

Ernest joins our team as a Production Technician in Mitigation.

Nick is a Project Manager in Mitigation.

Sergio is a Production Technician.

Lisa is a Restoration Supervisor.

Ruben is a Restoration Supervisor.
