Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Jason Wolfswinkel brings nearly three decades of experience in property restoration and construction leadership to the Valley. A hands-on operator and Arizona native, Jason established SERVPRO of Phoenix in 2016 to raise the region's restoration services standard. Under his leadership, the franchise has become known for its precision, speed, and unmatched integrity in handling water, fire, biohazard, mold, and full-scale construction projects. Jason is IICRC-certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration, Biohazard and Trauma Scene Cleanup, Mold Remediation, and more, demonstrating his commitment to staying at the forefront of the restoration industry.

He’s built a team rooted in professionalism, care, and community-first values, often leading by example on large-scale commercial losses and critical residential emergencies. He has two beautiful Daughters and a son. He started working full-time in the Family Franchise in early 2015. Kevin had plenty of hands-on experience when he worked part-time as a technician. He has also worked on countless water losses, Carpet cleaning, and only the nastiest mold jobs. He takes 10 hours every month for training to improve himself and the business. Now based in Phoenix, Arizona, she serves as the General Manager and Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Phoenix, overseeing the franchise’s core operations with precision and purpose.

With two decades of experience and deep expertise in project management, estimating, sales, accounting, dispatch, and quality assurance, Nicole plays a central role in field execution and internal leadership. She leads multiple departments, from marketing and events to inventory control, demo coordination, content processing, and emergency response strategy.

As the Commercial Teams Operations Manager, Chris leads complex commercial projects with precision, speed, and a deep understanding of every moving part. With decades of hands-on field experience, Chris is a highly skilled project manager, estimator, and sales leader. He’s IICRC-certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire and smoke Restoration, Mold Remediation, and Biohazard Cleanup and is trained in confined space operations. He oversees content handling, demo work, emergency response coordination, and large-scale construction logistics for commercial and high-impact jobs.

As a project manager and estimator, Anthony is trusted to coordinate and execute residential and commercial losses from initial assessment to final rebuild.

Anthony can handle the most challenging jobs with IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mold Remediation, and Biohazard Cleanup. His work includes inventory tracking, content management, demo oversight, emergency mitigation, confined space operations, and sales support.

With a deep understanding of restoration science and compassionate service, Sandra is trusted to manage some of the most sensitive and detail-intensive aspects of every loss.
