Our home was completely emptied of all property to allow for flood repair. After the flood damage was halted, my home, which was necessarily torn apart, had to be re-assembled. Looked like a war zone. Contacted by Alberto, project manager, and his crew Fausto, Alex, and Eric. I was optimistic when Alberto agreed to come down that day. Too much happened during the next 2 months to itemize each facet, but don't need to. Alberto, with great integrity, was remarkably professional in keeping us informed of the progress, and responding to our issues, requests, and concerns. They respected our home, performing top notch work. Alberto had no qualms about meeting us at the house for clarifications. No TV commercial could make me expect the quality of detailed work and professional kindness displayed by this team. I look back in awe on how these guys restored our home. Not enough room to attempt to give specific examples, of which there are countless. But wait. There's more. Now I have my nice home back, but it's completely emptied, which was done quickly to mitigate water damage which was compounding. No problem. To the rescue come Carmen, Karla, Lupita, and some others whose names I regretfully did not get who helped put everything away (EVERYTHING - clothes, dishes, books, spices, food, furniture- everything! ), as well as unloading the trucks. Again, this was all accomplished with polite respect for our home and with calm efficiency. And more than a little heart. Professionalism is an necessary adjective to use here too. Right toward the end, my estimate was that the process would understandably take another month. Nope. I don't know how, but Alberto choreographed those items to be accomplished in less than a week allowing construction to finish allowing Carmen and her team to start. It's fun to watch a professional in action.
