Meet Our Team

Bo Bryan started with our production team and quickly became our Production Manager. He is now our Construction Manager. Bo has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification(IICRC) certified: Water Damage Restoration Technician(WRT), Applied Structural Drying(ASD), Alabama HVAC, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician(ARMT), UFT, Alabama Lead Base Paint Renovator & CCT certified. Bo has been with SERVPRO of Phenix City, Eufaula & Tuskegee since 2007 and is a very valuable asset to our organization.

Lynn Smith is our Key Accounts/Operations Manager and has been with SERVPRO of Phenix City, Eufaula & Tuskegee since 2009, she has the following certifications: Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification(IICRC), Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FRST). She is a driving force of our organization. Her customers love her commitment in making sure their jobs are handled correctly.

Tammie is a Crew Chief with our Fire Team and she has been with SERVPRO of Phenix City, Eufaula & Tuskegee since 2014. Tammie has been in the cleaning industry for over 20 years and she is great with our customers.

Tony is a Crew Chief with our Carpet/Upholstery/Hard Tile Team and has been with SERVPRO of Phenix City, Eufaula & Tuskegee since 2014. Tony has spearheaded several of our large carpet cleaning jobs and he is great with our customers.

Sam is our Water Production Manager and has been with SERVPRO of Lee County since 2012. Sam started off in our Production Department and moved over to Sales & Marketing. Recently, we asked Sam to head our Production department again and he has been able to educate our team. Sam has the following certifications: Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification(IICRC): Water Removal Technician(WRT). He is very knowledgeable in our business. Since beginning with our team, Sam has been a part of almost all of our departments and has been a great addition to our team.

Leslie is our Job File Coordinator and she has been with us since 2011. She came to us from another SERVPRO and has brought a wealth of knowledge to our team. She makes sure our estimates are done in a timely and CORRECT manner. She follows up with the customers throughout the duration of the job to make sure the customer is being taken care of!

Susan started with us in 2010 and wears many hats throughout the day. Her main focus is helping the construction department but she is the first to jump in and help where ever she can! She is one of our most dedicated employees and she is always there to do whatever needs to be done to make sure our customers are taken care of. Susan is Jim's sister and Bo's Mom.

Eddie has been with the SERVPRO team since September of 2017. He started with us as a Production Crew Chief and has since moved to the construction side of the business. Eddie has many talents so he is constantly helping our team and customers get back to how they were before their loss. Eddie currently holds the Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He has years of experience within the restoration industry and we are glad that he has brought those skills to our team.

Cates has been with us since the very beginning but joined the SERVPRO family full-time since 2016. When we say family, we aren't kidding! He is the son of our owners, Jim & Susan Culpepper. Cates holds a bachelors degree from Columbus State University and always makes sure that our customers are taken care of.

David started in 2019 as a Sales and Marketing representative but has since been moved to Sales and Marketing Manager. He comes to us with a wealth of knowledge. Most recently, he owned his own landscape company for 25 years and has come into our organization to help us grow and continue our success. A little fun fact, David’s daughter is actually engaged to Jeremy Walker!

Jeremy is a Sales and Marketing representative who started with us in 2020. He is young, eager, and ready to learn as much about the business and be a key player in our day-to-day success. A little fun fact, Jeremy is actually engaged to David Spitzmiller’s daughter!

Matt has been with our team since June 2021 and has been a wonderful addition to the team. We always tell our team that we can move mountains with a positive attitude and a little bit of effort. Matt is a true testament to this saying and is willing to do whatever is asked to make sure that our customers are taken care of. Welcome to the team, Matt!

Mark has been with our team since August 2020. He has made an immediate impact in our growing Construction department. Since being on board, he has brought a wealth of knowledge to our team. With Mark on our team, we can truly make your loss "Like it never even happened."
