Meet Our Team

Ronnie Fore is the General Manager at SERVPRO of Greenville/Troy/Andalusia. His primary roles are monitoring each division of the company on a daily basis and ensuring that the company is on the right path for future success and growth.

Burt Smith is the Operations Manager for SERVPRO of Greenville/Troy/Andalusia. He is responsible for handling logistics for our production team and making sure we always meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

Will Bowman is the Sales & Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Greenville/Troy/Andalusia. He is a Greenville, AL native, a Fort Dale Academy alum and a Troy University alum. Will and his family are members of Southside Baptist Church in Greenville, AL. He has been with SERVPRO of Greenville/Troy/Andalusia since February 2019.

Amy Madden is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Greenville/Troy/Andalusia. She has several years of experience in the restoration industry and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Restoration Technician.

Luke Waller is the Reconstruction Manager at SERVPRO of Greenville/Andalusia/Troy. He is responsible for handling logistics on all of our reconstruction jobs, quality control on jobs, and customer service.

Kim Sims is the Administrative Assistant for SERVPRO of Greenville/Troy/Andalusia. Her key role is to receive and dispatch First Notices of Loss from our customers and accounts receivable. We are very thankful to have her as a important part of our team!
