Meet Our Team

Tammy Payne is our General Manager. She has been with SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties since March 2016. Tammy keeps everyone in line and ensures that all of our employees and customers are taken care of. From the initial phone call to the very end of the job, Tammy follows each step closely to ensure that our customers are given the very best service. Outside of work, Tammy enjoys spending time with her family and going to the beach.

Christy Chaney is our Office Manager. She has been with the company for 2 years. She is also one of the first people that our customers speak to as well and also has the ability to ease their minds. She ensures that all of the job files are complete with all of the required documents and pictures. She provides the highest level of customer service and we are very fortunate to have her. When Christy isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her family. Especially her grand-children.

Joann is the Job File Coordinator here in our office and joined us in March of 2021. Joann's main priorities are to help around the office and assist Tammy and Christy with answering the phones, as well as making sure all our customer's job files are in order. Joann has been instrumental in keeping the office side of SERVPRO running smoothly and efficiently. We are very excited to have Joann around and are thankful for her hard work and wonderful attitude.

Terra is the Administrative Assistant here in our office and started with us in August 2021. Terra has been a huge asset to our office team, and has quickly learned the importance of her role here. Terra lends a helping hand anywhere and everywhere here in the office. From answering the phones, talking with insurance agents, and even helping with customers' laundry, Terra helps keep our office team moving forward. We are very thankful for her hard work and we look forward to watching her grow in in her SERVPRO career.

Ray is a Sales and Marketing Representative that came to us in March of 2017. Ray is the sales and marketing representative for the Decatur/Morgan County area. Ray is a native to the Decatur area and has lived there his whole life. He also has the perfect mixture of a great personality and sincere compassion. He is a go-getter and is always looking to meet new people. He traveled with our storm team to North Carolina for the hurricane as well as California for the wildfire cleanup. When he isn't working, Ray enjoys spending time with his family.

Brandon is our production manager and started with us in July of 2019. He keeps our production team on their toes and ensures that they are giving our customers the very best service. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family. Brandon has the following certifications:

Blake is our assistant production manager and has been with the company since July of 2017. He started as a production technician and quickly became a crew chief. He did so well that he was recently promoted to assistant production manager. Blake traveled to North Carolina with our storm team and really stepped up when he was needed during the wildfires. Blake stayed here and kept production running smoothly while the storm team was gone. Outside of work, Blake enjoys spending time with his son.

Alex Haney is one of our crew chiefs here at SERVPRO of Decatur and has been with the company for over a year. Alex started out as a production technician and was quickly promoted to crew chief. His work ethic and leadership skills are assets to our company. He strives to provide the best service possible to our customers and does not stop until the job is done to their satisfaction. Alex goes above and beyond on a daily basis. Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his family and painting.

Alex is also IICRC Water Damage Restoration Certified.

Jared started with us in July of 2021 and moved all the way to a Crew Chief position in just three short months. Jared is an extremely fast learner, and is naturally gifted with strong leadership skills. Jared is a lively person who is very enjoyable to talk with. He is hard working, and always has a great attitude no matter what job he is working on. We look forward to watching him grow in his SERVPRO career even more than he already has.

Carl joined us in February of 2020. He is skilled and eager to learn everything about the SERVPRO business. He is very helpful on the jobsites and is a real people person. Carl always brings a pleasant attitude to every situation he is in and is quick to make those around him laugh. He is also working on completing his Hero Ready training.

Nick is a Production Technician who started with us in August of 2021. Nick comes with prior knowledge of our business because he previously worked for another cleaning and restoration company. We are happy he decided to join our team and bring his hard working attitude to our SERVPRO family. We look forward to watching Nick grow in his craft, and even teach us a thing or two along the way.

Robert started with us in September of 2021. Robert is a former Veteran of the United States Military and we thank him for that. He is a fine worker and a great person to talk to. It's hard to find a subject that he doesn't have at least some prior knowledge about. We look forward to seeing Robert grow everyday here at SERVPRO, and we hope to have him on our team for years to come.

Adam started with us in October of 2021. Adam is taking to the job nicely and is interested in learning the Crew Chief position. He is a man of few words, but always has a smile on his face. Whatever problems arise on a job, he is willing to do what it takes to get it done. We anticipate a long and prosperous career for Adam here in our SERVPRO family.

Casey started with us as a Production Technician in December of 2021. Casey has had previous experience as a SERVPRO Technician, and we are excited to bring her and her knowledge to our team. Casey is a hard worker and a reliable crew member. We look forward to watching her grow in her skills and teach others what it means to be a great SERVPRO Technician.
