I had my dryer cleaned today. It has been 7 yrs. since I used SERVPRO. Since I had good service from them before, thought I would use them again.Call to make an appointment and the lady that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. She schedule my appointment for the next day. They arrive on time and started the job very quickly. Lance was very friendly and professional. He explained what he had to do and went right to work. He did a great job and was done in no time at all. He cleaned everything up after he was done, no mess at all!!. You didn't even realize he was at my house. I would highly recommend Lance and SERVPRO for all your needs.
I'm an owner at Terry Harris Insurance in Belleview, FL and Mike Webb at SERVPRO of Ocala has been fantastic at taking care of our clients when they have homeowners claims. They can handle any claim for you from small water damage all the way up to large damages including replacing windows, walls, a roof, etc... They will deal with your insurance company so you don't have to. I would strongly recommend calling Mike if you need help with a claim.

The Williams Family started the franchise with the goal of building a great company which offers wonderful honest customer service. The same strong customer focused service continues today with the second generation of Williams running the franchise.
