"We had major water damage at my house because of a washing machine overflowing (and overflowing and overflowing). Extensive damage to carpets and drywall, etc.
We called SERVPRO of West Seattle and Burien and they were out almost immediately. They had all the equipment to take care of and remove carpet, and they put up plastic sheeting to protect us when they were drying everything out. They’re always on time and always professional.
Even more impressive was the fact that they had sent out a contract plumber to work on the water heater issue. That plumber created problems for us which required us to hire another plumber to come in and figure out how to resolve the problem.
The second plumber solved the problem immediately but there was a significant bill. We notified SERVPRO® of the second plumber’s work and his bill and SERVPRO (Daymontray Brown, Project Manager) immediately said they would pay it, and they did.
So not only do they do excellent work, but they will acknowledge and accept responsibility if there’s a problem created by their worker or a subcontractor.
I will use them in the future if I need their type of service and I highly recommend them to others also."
