Very IMPRESSED with SERVPRO of Barre and SERVPRO of Cheshire County in NH. On Wednesday, March 19th, my parents had their water heater burst and flood the finished basement at around 8:00 P.M.. I called SERVPRO of Barre who immediately dispatched a team from SERVOPRO of Cheshire County. Chris and his team (from New Hampshire) were excellent: they knew our issue and took care of it professionally. They were honest, clean, and showed up when they said they would. If they couldn't get to us right off it was because, like most employers in VT, they don't have enough help. But the folks who did come were great.
