My root cellar flooded from a broken sewer line. I tried multiple companies and no one could figure out how to clean it out. After 4 days of back and forth with other companies, I got in touch with SERVPRO. They came out same day, got the equipment and started the very dirty job of cleaning it. Not only did they do more in 6 hours than 3 other companies did in 4 days, but they were extremely respectful of my property, and very kind. They installed 3 dehumidifiers and sprayed some really nice smelling chemicals to kill the germs and made my house liveable. Dominic and crew worked hard, didn’t complain about the heat or the smell or the grossness of the job. They were professional and very thorough!
